Family PJ and May Day Celebration

On Friday, May 1st at 6:30-7:30 PM the library will host our Family PJ and May Day Celebration for families with children of all ages.  Come to the library in your pajamas at 6:30 PM for an after hours party with Miss Jacki.  There will be music, story, craft and fun!  Registration is required to ensure adequate supplies.  Please call (609)926-7991 ext. 3 or come in to the library to sign up.

Family Movie Matinee

Come to the library on Saturday, May 16th at 2:00 PM to watch how the famous novels by Michael Bond come to life.  Watch our beloved childhood friend, a Peruvian bear, navigate his way through life in the big city.   Registration is required, please call the library at (609)926-7991 ext. 3 or come in to sign up.  Light refreshments will be served so please arrive a few minutes early to find your seat and get your snacks.

Spring Book and Bake Sale

The Friends of the Linwood Library will be hosting the annual Spring Book and Bake Sale on Friday, June 12th and Saturday, June 13th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  The library is currently accepting donations of gently used books, CDs, & DVDs.  Please drop your donations off at the library on the table in the downstairs hallway.  All proceeds benefit the Linwood Public Library.  Thank you for your contributions.

Hometown Photo Contest

The library is excited to announce its first ever Hometown Photo Contest.  This amateur competition is for Linwood residents of all ages.  Pictures will be accepted during the entire month of April and the winners in all categories will be announced at 1:00 PM on Sunday, May 17th at the library.  For a complete list of categories and rules, please come into the library or click on the link below.  Also, please include the entry form with your submissions.  Good luck and happy clicking!

Hometown Photo Contest

Lego Club

Lego Club meets once a month on a Friday afternoon 3:30 PM- 4:30 PM.  Children ages 6 & up come to the library to design and build a creation based on the theme presented.  Every builder has an opportunity to present their project to the group.  Lego Club will take place on January 23rd, February 20th, March 20th, April 17th, and May 15th.  Please call (609)926-7991 ext. 3 or come into the library to sign up.

Story Hour

Story time with Jacki Kellum is held on Tuesdays at 10:15 AM, Wednesdays at 10:15 AM.  Also on Wednesdays, there is story time and drawing with Miss Jacki after school 3:30-4:15 PM.

There will be no story time April 7th & 8th.
